Are you looking for an additional venue in a great location?  Are you unsatisfied with your current venue?  Does your current venue have too many vendors selling exactly what you are selling?  If so, this is your place!  We will work with you to get you the space needed at the price you will like.  We will also limit the number of vendors selling specific items – not too many beads, not too many fossils, not too many rocks – just enough.

If fine silver, jewelry findings, beads, or fossils are in your product line, our show is one of your options for presenting your business to thousands of eager buyers that attend the Tucson shows every year.   The event gets bigger every year as does the opportunity to move product and introduce your company to the world market place.  We have an indoor facility with free parking and easy access to all other Tucson shows via the Gem Ride. We also offer special hotel packages for our registered exhibitors.

For 2009, we will feature a “Tucson’s Own” section on February 6 – 8, 2009 within the main show.  This section will have only Tucson based businesses showcasing their beautiful craftsmanship.  We will provide additional advertising spotlighting the “Tucson’s Own” Pavilion to draw in our out of town guests to see what local craftsmen have to offer.  This advertising will help our other vendors also.

The Tucson Southwest Jewelry, Gem and Bead Show provides wholesale and retail opportunities.  We will provide price breaks for those attending both shows.  Wholesale dates are January 30 – February 1.  Retail show dates are February 6 – 8.  Hours for both shows are 9 AM – 6 PM daily.  Our facility allows us to offer several options for displaying and selling your product.  We provide traditional booth sizes, expand to provide additional space and even provide individual rooms.  For specific rates call 520-907-9912 or e-mail info@tucsonsouthwestgemshow.com.

Location: Avoid the congestion and construction!  The Tucson Southwest Jewelry, Gem and Bead Show is located just south of the Tucson Convention Center off Interstate-10, between the Silverlake and 22nd Street, at 1702 S. Euclid Avenue. Tucson Southwest Jewelry, Gem and Bead Show is in the middle of gem and mineral show activity.  We are in the center of the show corridor running from southeast to northwest and minutes from Tucson Electric Park, the Kino Show, the Tucson Convention Center and downtown shows.  Remember added benefits include onsite free parking for your customers, excellent security, food court, and transportation via the shuttle system.

For peace of mind, Tucson Southwest Jewelry, Gem and Bead Show facility provides multiple layers of security.  Each hall will be secured behind locked steel doors and the building will be secured after closing daily. Additionally, the property has an alarm system and is secured by a fence. If needed or desired arrangements can be made to secure high value property in the facility’s walk-in safe.
